Role Overview:
As an ESG Data Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's sustainability-focused initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of CS Operations and cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate data management, customer support, and implementation of best practices aligned with ESG reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Ingestion:
Assist in transferring historical data to our client's newest metrics management platform.
- Customer Support:
Address customer support tickets, log internal Jira tickets, and ensure timely resolutions.
