Job Summary

As the ESG & Impact Analyst, you will be working in Nairobi and be responsible for capacity development and supporting ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and IM (Impact Measurement). Your main role will be to work within the investment teams to support the implementation of the organization’s commitment to ESG & IM integration for our portfolio management.

Responsibilities and duties: 
Support the maintenance of the firm’s proprietary ESG management framework and Impact Measurement tools;

Work closely with the investment team to conduct pre-investment ESG assessment of target companies;
