ESG Manager - Strategy, Transformation & Reporting

The Manager for the ESG team in Manila, is a senior client-facing role responsible for leading complex ESG consulting engagements, managing high-quality project delivery, and providing technical leadership across Environmental, Social, and Governance topics. Based in Manila, this role requires strong client relationship management, project leadership, people management, and business development capabilities. The manager will play a key role in shaping ESG strategy, strengthening governance and reporting practices, and supporting the growth of Anthesis’ ESG services in the region.
