Your Role

As ESG Process Manager, your mission is to design and run end‐to‐end ESG processes: scalable, system‐supported, audit‐ready, and as automated as possible.

You will look at how ESG information flows through the organization today, understand the underlying processes and systems, and redesign them to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enable reliable reporting. In doing so, you will sit at the intersection of ESG, process management, IT, and reporting, enabling reliable ESG insights and supporting strategic decision‐making across the Group.
