About this Role


We are seeking an experienced ESG professional to lead the development and implementation of VOIS’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning VOIS’s sustainability efforts with Vodafone Group’s ESG vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial value through ESG differentiation. The individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders across global VOIS locations, manage ESG data reporting, and act as the key liaison with Vodafone Group’s ESG and Sustainability teams.

What you’ll do


  • Define and lead the ESG strategy for VOIS across a 1–5 year horizon, aligned with Vodafone Group’s ESG policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate ESG into VOIS’s commercial value proposition to support customer acquisition and retention.
