Job Description

・Plan and implement HSE programs in line with company policies and Indonesian regulations (SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
・Monitor daily safety, health, and environmental practices across plant operations.
・Conduct and supervise Behavior Based Safety (BBS) programs to improve safety culture and reduce unsafe acts.
・Ensure compliance with TKBT2 (Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 2) requirements for working at height activities.
・Supervise and inspect scaffolding (perancah) installation, usage, and dismantling to ensure safety standards are met.
・Control and monitor confined space entry activities, including permit system, gas testing, and emergency preparedness.
・Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRADC/JSA) for all operational activities.
・Ensure proper implementation of work permit systems (hot work, height work, confined space, lifting, etc.).
