Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and living tasks
• Collaborate on Resident Care Plans with the team
• Facilitate resident participation in leisure activities

• Communicate important resident information to supervisors
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Continuing Care Assistant program
