Job Description
**Position Purpose**Implement and follow up on the training and business development plans and programs established for AutoZone de México.Promote and evaluate the continuous improvement of AutoZoners through a teaching-learning process of technical and professional skills that contribute to their development and increase productivity in the execution of commercial and field module processes.
**Primary Accountabilities**- Planning, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating training programs and follow the KPIs aligned with the commercial strategy of the company.Coordinates, facilitates, manage, monitors, and evaluates effectiveness of training efforts and implements corrective action as necessary.
