We're seeking for a candidate that will be responsible for keeping the company up to date with compliance regarding its tax obligations.

Responsibilities

• Determine and coordinate compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal tax obligations in accordance with current tax legislation.
• Assist the external Audit department in adhering to procedures, standards, and established conditions to ensure requirements from auditors are met on time.
• Collaborate with management to resolve inspections and audits conducted by tax authorities.
• Experience in tax reporting and year-end closings.
• Monthly tax filings
• Determination of IMSS and INFONAVIT employee-employer contributions
• Offsets and refunds of credit balances
• Handling matters related to Transfer Pricing Studies, APA, Fast Track processes.
