Job Description

• Ensure the continuous improvement of processes by monitoring and complying with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review SAP system processes jointly with users to ensure the standardized flow of functional area processes.
• Advise and develop user knowledge of SAP system processes at the site.
• Establish and standardize BBM – SAP processes for site users.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes through compliance with and monitoring of KPIs.
