What You'll Do

• Own and maintain key operational spreadsheets
• Update weekly dashboards (output, risks, lead times)
• Validate data for 100% accuracy
• Support customer calls (listening role)
• Translate factory data into clear written updates
• Flag risks, delays, and inconsistencies

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong written English
• 3+ years in reporting or data‑focused roles
