Purpose of the job:

Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability.
Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members and less experienced personnel.

Services Site, Country, Cluster, Region or Platform
Product Introduction (PI) and Maintenance teams are both part of Services group, providing support to our customers during railway operations.

Reports directly to:

PI Supervisor or Maintenance Field Engineer

Other reporting to:

Troubleshooting Manager or Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor
