Especialista Kronos/UKG

• Minimum 2+ years of functional administration experience with UKG / Kronos
• Strong expertise in:
  • Pay Rules
  • Scheduling Rules
  • Overtime Configuration
• Experience supporting integrations and file-based interfaces
• Experience working in production support (BAU) environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a defined governance model
• Experience providing Level 2 support for:
  • Forecasting
  • Advanced Scheduling
