Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecast Collection and Analysis: Collect sales forecasts from Sales, Customer Service (when applicable), via the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or affiliate systems. Analyze the data to create short‑term (up to three months) and medium‑term (up to one year) inventory replenishment plans, ensuring product availability at the designated HUBs (1, 2, and 3) and all applicable warehouses in the CSA region (including but not limited to BR, AR, CL, and CO) on the requested dates from the business manager.
Sales and Inventory Monitoring: Continuously monitor sales and sample data (in quantity) and inventory levels in CSA HUBs 1, 2, 3, providing actionable insights to the Sales and Supply Chain Americas teams and maintain accurate master data as needed.
