We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Esports Coordinator to support the execution of global Honor of Kings esports events. This role focuses on working with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth tournament operations and livestream delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors.
• Align on timelines, deliverables, and event requirements with all stakeholders.
• Consolidate and report progress updates to the team regularly.

Tournament Operations Support

• Assist with event scheduling, match calendars, and league management tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure tournament operations are executed smoothly.
• Track results and provide timely updates to maintain accuracy and competitive integrity.

Livestream Coordination

• Work with vendors to confirm and execute livestream schedules on time.
