                    Job Description Execute the esports strategy to expand the Free Fire's competitive gaming presence. 
Manage tournaments operation, leagues, and major esports events from planning to execution. 
 
 Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
