ESS EPC Business Development Manager

Your mission

We are expanding our Energy Storage EPC footprint in Europe and are looking for a Business Development Manager (ESS EPC) to drive utility scale battery storage growth across one of Europe's most competitive and fastest evolving energy markets.

• Lead EPC business development for utility scale Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Germany, from early opportunity identification through to contract signature.
• Build and manage a robust EPC project pipeline, engaging with developers, IPPs, utilities, investors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute go to market and bid strategies aligned with market demand, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics.
• Drive commercial negotiations 
• Monitor market trends, auction mechanisms, grid connection rules, permitting, and regulatory developments impacting energy storage deployment in Germany.
