Responsibilities:
Test and validate energy storage products (lithium batteries, inverters, hybrid/all-in-one systems).
Conduct functional, performance, safety, EMC, and stability testing.
Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and prepare reports.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors/Masters in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in inverter, UPS, or power system testing.
Strong knowledge of EMC, safety standards, and testing instruments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
