ESS Specialist

The Position:

As a core operator of the Segment Penetration strategy in the Latam region, the ESS Specialist will be primarily responsible for market insights, strategy formulation, competitive response, opportunity management, and capability building within the assigned segment (ESS). Serving as a critical link between headquarters strategy and regional execution, this role carries the dual mission of strategic interpretation and tactical implementation, translating headquarters' segment strategy into actionable plans, empowering country teams for execution, and fostering cross-regional collaboration to achieve synergistic outcomes.
