Estate Assistant/Manager

Education / Professional Qualification

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science / Forestry / Plantation Management, or related field
• For Assistant minimum 5 year of experience in oil palm plantation management
• For Manager minimum 10 years of experience in managing oil palm plantation with field operational management
• Advanced qualifications in agriculture or estate management are an advantage
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required

The Estate Manager is responsible for the following key areas;

• Oversee daily operations of the estate, including harvesting, maintenance, upkeep, transportation & infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the estate, including crop rotation, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation.
