Legal Administrative Assistant – Estate & Corporate
A well-established, professional firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy Estates and Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex files, working closely with clients, and playing a key role in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support on estate administration matters, including preparation of correspondence, court materials, and related documentation
Assist with corporate files, including incorporations, reorganizations, annual maintenance, and general corporate records
Draft, revise, format, and proofread estate planning documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and trust documents
