Estate Litigation Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated associate with experience in estate litigation to join our growing team.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of estate litigation matters, including will variation claims, undue influence disputes, capacity issues, fiduciary disputes, and related trust litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, work closely with experienced counsel, and build a strong practice in a collegial and supportive environment.

• Conduct carriage of estate litigation files with appropriate supervision
