Estate Supervisor

About the role

As an Estate Supervisor at Setia Awan Plantation Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our residential properties in Teluk Intan, Perak.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for staff's attendance
• Planning and organizing daily routine and job specifications
• To monitor and supervise job of fertilizing, poisoning, fruit cutting and machinery
• To maintain record of data for daily operations (FFB, fertilizing, chemical, rain, machinery and new joiners)
• To do machinery maintenance
• To implement and enforce safety at workplace
• To in charge for weighbridge operation
• To assist Estate Manager in any ad hoc assignments

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/ Certificate I SPM in Agriculture or equivalent
• Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply
