As an Estates Manager at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for managing the UK property portfolio, coordinating all aspects of Landlord & Tenant matters with legal support, and providing line management for the Land & Property Apprentice. You’ll support development and bid teams, contribute to operational and project budgets, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and build strong working relationships with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders across the business, with national travel and occasional overnight stays required.
