Salary: £27,354 plus the on‑call allowance of £4.00 per hour, which would equate to an extra £3,485 per annum.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, with a 1 in 6 rota on‑call requirement.
Position Summary
Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint two Estates Officers to join our busy Estates Team. The successful candidates will need to provide efficient and effective operational support to ensure the security, maintenance and general appearance of the school buildings meet required standards. These roles are full‑time, working 35 hours per week for the full year, and are varied and physically demanding posts that require flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
