About the role:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
• Build long-lasting client relationships through expert advice, clienteling, and follow-up service
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches and brand education
• Ensure the counter is visually merchandised and maintained to Estée Lauder’s luxury standards
