Estimating Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read drawings and perform detailed take-offs of companies related products.
• Read through specifications, input take-offs in excel sheets that are provided.
• Able to read blueprints, floor plans, or related bid documents.
• Able to prepare estimates in a timely fashion and meet customers deadlines.
• Able to review proposal pricing for accuracy, item counts, misspellings, address verification prior to submitting.
• Able to communicate with customer to finalize pricing proposal on request for information (RFIs), addendums, etc.
• Able to communicate with customer to finalize the closing of a sale from the provided pricing proposal you created.
