McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our New Zealand estimating team and support the continued growth of our infrastructure business.
Based in Auckland, this leadership role plays a critical part in shaping winning bids across transport, water, energy and civil projects. You’ll work closely with our commercial, engineering and delivery teams to develop competitive, high-quality submissions for some of New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure programmes.
  
About the Role
As Estimating Manager, you will lead the preparation and review of major tenders and oversee the development of robust, first-principles cost estimates. You will guide bid strategy, support commercial decision-making, and ensure strong governance across all estimating activities.
