About the Role

:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimating Quantity Surveyor to join our B+K Property Services, based at Robert W Kirkland House, Alfreton Road, DE21 4AG to an existing team alongside our Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.


This is a full permanent role. Ideally 8 hours over 5 days per week, 07:30 – 4:30pm.


Duties of the Role:

  • Pricing works from £1,000.00 to £500,000.00.

  • Dealing with subcontractors and obtaining prices for works.

  • Elements of works priced, labour, plant and material alongside the subcontract packages.

  • Management of projects commercially once on site

  • Pricing of variations once works are on site.

  • Preparation of subcontract orders

  • Completing CVR documents for the larger projects and commercial sheets for smaller schemes
