Job Description

As the Residential Estimator Lead, you will be responsible in leading a high performing team of four estimators in our Milperra & Glendening branch. You will be responsible for catering to our customers’ needs and queries providing an exceptional customer experience.

You will support the development of residential Slab and Pod estimates, process orders and coordinate production schedules – while ensuring a high standard of service to our customers.

You will be working closely with NSW Area Managers, Branch Managers and other internal departments – fostering a culture of superior customer experience.

You will be responsible for:


  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring customer expectations are being met and exceeded.

  • Coaching, developing and mentoring a high performing, self-sufficient team.
