Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and subsequent negotiation of Tender submissions for all projects undertaken by Leopad Group.
• Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients in response to RFQ/ITB/Enquiry, etc.
• Perform construction take-offs, estimate man-hours for your discipline, schedule work using Excel, solicit and evaluate contractor quotes, and collaborate with senior staff to compile a complete project estimate.
