Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for MV panel projects.Prepare detailed cost estimations for:MV Switchgear Panels (., 11kV, 22kV, 33kV)VCB PanelsRMU PanelsProtection & Control PanelsPerform technical compliance checks as per IEC/IEEE standards.Prepare single line diagrams (SLD) and BOM (Bill of Materials).Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for quotations (VCB, CT/PT, relays, busbars, etc.).Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize pricing.Prepare techno-commercial proposals.Participate in pre-bid meetings and client clarifications.Maintain estimation database and historical cost records.Support project handover to execution team after order finalization
