Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for Fire & Safety projects
  
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pumps, Gas Suppression, etc.)
  
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for estimation purposes
  
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing
  
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
  
• Assist sales and business development teams with pre-bid and post-bid support
  
• Ensure estimates comply with NFPA, local fire authority, and client standards
  
• Maintain historical cost data and estimation databases
  
• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising compliance
  
• Support management with budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects
