Estimator (AO-13679)

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Estimating & Takeoffs: Perform accurate 2D/3D quantity takeoffs and build detailed estimates using Cubit. Prepare Bills of Quantities and manage trade packages.
• Project Management & Administration: Utilize Procore to manage the project lifecycle, including Drawings, Specifications, site diaries, RFI tracking, submittals, and safety documentation.
• Financial Control: Maintain project budgets and manage procurement workflows within Data build. Ensure accurate cost tracking to prevent double ordering or payment errors.
• Tender Management: Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Reporting & Communication: Generate comprehensive project reports and maintain clear communication with site foremen, clients, and consultants.
