We are seeking an Estimator to join our team based at Chullora, NSW. This is a full time, permanent role and will report to the Sales Manager. This critical role is focused on supporting tender submissions for a diverse range of projects.

Your day will involve:

• Entering and updating projects into estimate data base
• Unpacking tender invitations – reviewing tender conditions, briefs, scopes, specifications and other documentation
• Performing take-offs and measuring quantities
• Preparing unit rates and pricing estimates
• Negotiating tenders with clients
• Handing over tenders to production team
• Assisting production team with follow up queries during execution of projects
• Assisting with take-offs for large variations.
