MatchBox Consulting Group is on the hunt for an experienced Estimator for a growing company who builds culture as much as they build projects on the GC and ICI side. They take safety seriously and they like to get involved at all levels.

Estimator Responsibilities:

The Estimator supports the full preconstruction and estimating process, working under the guidance of a Senior Estimator or Director of Preconstruction. You will prepare accurate budgets, estimates, and tender packages, ensuring all project considerations are thoroughly evaluated. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners, and mentor junior estimating staff. With a strong understanding of market conditions and construction methodologies, you will deliver complete, well-analyzed preconstruction packages that set up the Operations team for successful project delivery.
