In this role, you will be a key contributor in the pre-construction and development of multifamily and mixed-use projects, preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and collaborating with architects, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with financial certainty - directly impacting Calgary's growing residential landscape.
