Our client, a leading Construction organization is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 5 years of experience in a similar role. The company, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is growing its team and they need you. Your experience you bring will include: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in related discipline or trade experience or equivalent. 4-5 years of related experience Scope of projects: $25 million In-Office position Your responsibilities will include: Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements. Contribute to establishing a critical path schedule, including milestones. Complete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials. Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements.
