Estimator / Cost Engineer

JB Konstruktura is looking for an Estimator / Cost Engineer to join our growing civil works team. The role will support project bidding, cost control, and feasibility assessments across a wide range of infrastructure and private development projects.

Scope of Work:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for Structural works, Architectural works, Earthworks and site development
• Analyze drawings, plans, and specifications for quantity take-offs
• Develop cost breakdowns, unit rates, and project budgets
• Assist in tender preparation, value engineering, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in structural, architectural, and earthworks estimating
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and unit costing
