Estimator / Cost Planner

We're seeking a talented individual to join our a leading developer-builder in the luxury residential sector. As our new Estimator/Cost Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our prestigious projects, from start to finish.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in cost planning, estimating, and measuring, with a strong understanding of BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Experienced in the luxury residential construction industry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accurate budgeting
• Adept at using industry-leading software such as CostX, Cubit, and State Master & Jobpac
• Skilled at monitoring project progress and ensuring budgets are met
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the Managing Director
