Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contractor invoices, ABMS (Activity-Based Management System) data, appendices, and related financial documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project budgets and deliverables.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Analyzing ABMS data and appendices to validate invoice details and ensure alignment with project budgets and deliverables.
Conducting quality checks on invoices and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies or errors.
Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure proper documentation and timely processing of invoices.
