Estimator for Collaborative Infrastructure Projects

As an integral member of our Civil team, you will coordinate cost estimates and lead workshops to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Your expertise in material take-offs and subcontractor negotiations will be pivotal in delivering transparent and effective project outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage detailed project cost estimates
• Lead estimating workshops to align with project goals
• Perform labor and material take-offs and establish unit costs
• Solicit and negotiate bids to enhance project viability
• Monitor cost tracking and report variances for lessons learned

• 5 years experience in estimating, 4 in construction management
