Join a leading general contractor in Toronto as an Estimator specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Leverage your estimating skills in this full-time, permanent role.
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Estimator to prepare detailed estimates for tenders focused on municipal and federal projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Estimating, you'll work from the Mississauga, Ontario office. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients and stakeholders and requires a solid technical background in infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review proposals & attend pre-bid meetings
• Select vendors & assess cost-effectiveness
• Prepare detailed scope takeoffs
• Consult with clients to formulate estimates
• Monitor changes and update estimating team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in estimating with 1 in infrastructure
• Proficient with B2W/HeavyBid software
• Strong skills in MS Projects, Word, Excel
