Mission

Our senior team is losing time on routine scoping. We need an engine‑room producer who can take a rough concept, identify the risks, and produce a defensible estimate quickly and urgently.

The Role

This is not a data‑entry role. You will create estimates and handle procurement (finding vendors, negotiating prices) for residential projects, with a high level of freedom. You will ask “Is this door even in the right place?” before you price it.
