Estimator

Tri-Star Construction is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for our construction projects. You will analyze tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, compile pricing using first principles and CANDY Master, and prepare complete tender submissions that meet all returnable requirements.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Review and analyze tender documentation, drawings, specifications, and returnable schedules
Produce and manage tender action plans and submission requirements
Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and compile Bills of Quantities for pricing where required
Compile competitive rates from first principles, subcontractor/supplier quotations, and the company's CANDY Master.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor tenders and ensure cost accuracy and compliance
Identify cost risks and value-engineering opportunities
