Estimator Interior Fitout

• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing with tender quantities
• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and prepare bid.
• Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
• Preparation of Project Risk Analysis report.
• Attend pre bid meetings with clients or consultants.
• Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project and meet the client Budget.
• Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
• Comprehension of local authority requirement and international standards.
• Coordinating with procurement and provide necessary technical support.
