Introduction

Tri-Star Construction in WESTERN CAPE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing tender documentation, performing quantity take-offs (where required), compiling pricing from first principles and company 's CANDY Master, and preparing complete tender submissions in compliance with all returnable requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Review and analyze tender documentation, drawings, specifications, and returnable schedules
• Produce and manage tender action plans and submission requirements
• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and compile Bills of Quantities for pricing where required
