What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the estimating team to coordinate plan procurement, bid preparation and bid review with our estimating administrators.

What you’ll do:

+ Review project plans, requirements, and specifications

+ Understand project logistics and project schedule

+ Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing

+ Understand national, state, and city construction codes of the trade and location of work

+ Develop and executing strategy to win work

+ Manage assignments of estimating resources

+ Manage bid/proposal schedule

Who you are:

+ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background

+ 5+ years’ experience...
