Our client, an established main contractor delivering major residential, commercial, education and mixed-use developments across the UK, is seeking a Mid–Senior Estimator to join their London pre-construction team. The business has an expanding UK pipeline including high-profile developments such as large-scale mixed-use schemes and significant residential projects.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and cost plans for projects typically ranging from £20m–£100m+, working closely with internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure accurate, commercially robust submissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Review tender documentation and ensure completeness of information received.
• Prepare take-offs, quantities and cost plans using CostX (training provided if needed).
• Break down tender packages and identify suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
