Estimator - NYC Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in NYC construction projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in reviewing construction drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, working directly with customers, and creating detailed leveling sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare accurate construction estimates.
• Develop detailed leveling sheets and cost breakdowns for bids and proposals.
• Analyze materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs specific to NYC construction standards.
• Communicate with customers to clarify scope, requirements, and pricing.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Track revisions, change orders, and scope adjustments during the bidding process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator in NYC construction.
• Experience using BLUEBEAM
